SAP Integration with Coupa

We have created a Framework for SAP and Coupa integration  which includes Templates, and Configuration, and significantly shortens the development time required in SAP/Coupa implementation projects.

Examples:-

Coupa -> SAP (mostly API calls)

• Orders – creates or changes a purchase order in SAP

• Receipts – creates or reverses a material document in SAP

• Invoices – creates or reverses an incoming invoice in SAP

• Supplier Information – creates or changes a vendor in SAP

SAP -> Coupa (mostly CSV files)

• Vendor IDOC – creates or changes a Supplier in Coupa

• Vendor IDOC – creates or changes a Supplier Information record in Coupa

• Exchange Rate IDOC – updates exchange rates in Coupa

• Changes to internal orders and cost centres in SAP – updates Lookup Values in Coupa used for their Chart of Accounts.

• Cleared accounting documents – updates the invoice paid status in Coupa
